Metrolink released results from a customer survey last week that put safety atop the list of passenger concerns. The agency has responded with stepped up cleaning efforts on all of its trains and at all of its facilities as outlined in this video.

The survey also shows 70 percent of riders identify themselves as essential workers. More than half of respondents either work in health care (39 percent) or transportation/logistics (14 percent), and 32 percent have no vehicle and rely on Metrolink to get to their jobs.
