Go DTLA Survey is for Everyone!

Open to the Public and for Companies and Building Owners Through a Strategic Partnership with FASTLinkDTLA TMO

Truly, “it takes a village,” and we have focused relentlessly on including as many different population segments as possible.

A Dynamic Partnership

FASTLinkDTLA Transportation Management Organization (TMO) and EverythingHR have partnered to create the first of its kind, dynamic, living and comprehensive mobility survey. The survey development process has included hundreds of discussions with over 100 organization stakeholders, helping the team identify the vast array of constituents, to encompass the different language styles and unique terminology and to ensure maximum participant engagement and results.

Use this if you are an individual wishing to take the Go DTLA Mobility Survey.

Note: No reporting or other services are provided through Public Access

The survey will be open to all individuals encountering DTLA.  This includes those who currently use mobility solutions for commuting to and within DTLA and for non-users who commute in a single-occupancy vehicle or rarely leverage mobility solutions.  All will be able to easily access and complete the survey.

This input will continually be added to the data, and the results published to the FASTLinkDTLA TMO advisory board and members as part of overall, aggregated data, and can also be segregated between the various categories of users.

There is no cost to the individual participants, as there will be no reporting or related services compared to regular and advisory board members.

Use this if you are a Company, Building or Community Organization.

Note: With TMO membership, a full suite of reports and data analysis are provided along with strategic consulting and cost-saving benefits.

Advisory Board and Regular TMO Go DTLA Survey members will join through an annual subscription and participate, with their employees, residents or tenants to have an exclusive and on-going, strategic relationship with the TMO and the Go DTLA Survey. Each subscribed member will have immediate and unlimited access to their data, on-going reporting, analytics, annual and period over period trending data, launch and engagement support via a live Helpline, online support, one-on-one support in analyzing and leveraging the data and comparatives to other participating members.

The TMO and EverythingHR will further support through Go DTLA participation in educating and guiding members on transportation benefits for employees, residents and tenants for improved recruiting, retention and occupancy. There will also be support in employee engagement strategies best practices for increased levels of participation. Members will also be able to document and track tax benefits and savings available to participating members as well as access to support in managing compliance with AB2548, TDM Ordinance and other municipal and state mobility requirements.

Advisory board members will also have frontline access to results, trending data quantifying TMO impact and announcements from the TMO, including participating advisory board activities (“a voice at the table”), developing, distributing, collecting, analyzing and reporting on the survey, including managing all of the supporting services allow participating members to avoid adding costly additional FTE’s for compliance and tracking, while focusing on employee engagement and participation to improve reporting and results, including the valuable tax savings and a decreased carbon footprint.

The Decade of Downtown

The future of Los Angeles is at hand!  The importance of maximizing the participation of businesses, buildings and other organizations is critical for developing accurate and representative data to make the best decisions for the future of mobility in DTLA. With tightening compliance, possible congestion pricing, increasing population, growing traffic congestion, employees desiring better support and balance, and ever-increasing competition for talent – there has never been a better time to be a part of the solution.
